TT+ AUDIO Supports Chinese Pop Stars at Zibo Sports Center

The event required a sound reinforcement system capable of supporting wide audience coverage, high vocal intelligibility, controlled low-frequency response, and stable operation in an outdoor stadium environment. TT+ AUDIO was selected to provide the main system solution for the concert and deployed by CDSTAGE, the official distributor in China.

The system design was based on the 45000-seat venue layout, stage position, audience distribution, and required coverage areas. Main arrays were flown on both sides of the central video screen to cover the primary audience area and grandstands. Additional side-fill arrays were deployed to cover the lateral seating sections, while front-fill loudspeakers were positioned along the front of the audience area to maintain clarity and level consistency near the stage.

The main reinforcement system was based on TT+ AUDIO GTX 12 line array modules, selected for long-throw coverage and controlled directivity in a large-format outdoor application, projecting sound accurately to distant audience areas and ensuring that spectators in the rear stands could clearly hear every detail.

TT+ AUDIO GTS 29 subwoofers were used for low-frequency reinforcement, providing extended bass response and controlled energy distribution across the audience area. GTX 10 loudspeakers were used as front-fill systems to improve near-field coverage without obstructing sightlines.

Before the event, the audio team completed system prediction and on-site calibration. The process included coverage modeling, loudspeaker positioning, array angle verification, level alignment, equalization, and delay adjustment. Measurement microphones and acoustic analysis tools were used across multiple listening positions to verify consistency between the field area, side sections, and rear stands.

Senior sound engineer Mr. Zhang and the production team prepared the system for a program involving several artists and different musical arrangements. Tuning parameters were adapted to support vocal clarity, band balance, and stable tonal response during transitions between performances. The system was monitored via RDNet software throughout the concert to maintain operational consistency for the full duration of the show.

The deployment at Zibo Sports Center demonstrated TT+ AUDIO’s application in large-scale outdoor concert production, where system design, acoustic control, and operational reliability are critical to the final result. For “Youth City Season 7 · Charming Zibo,” TT+ AUDIO provided a complete sound reinforcement solution for a stadium-format live event, supporting consistent coverage from the front audience area to the rear seating sections.
