All-weather Performance

Focusing on heavy-duty outdoor and indoor applications in large spaces, X Series speakers are capable of true, concert-level high performance in a compact and robust polyurethane enclosure, installed individually or coupled in array configurations. Featuring line array and point source speakers, all modules are equipped with RCF best in-class technologies including Precision Transducers, horns, and crossovers for optimal coverage and sound clarity.

RCF transducers combine lightweight construction with uncompromising power. Engineered in Italy, our drivers and woofers feature premium materials such as neodymium magnets and advanced diaphragms in pure titanium or PKX. Every component is designed in-house to ensure maximum reliability and seamless integration.

Low Frequencies
RCF low-frequency transducers use high-flux neodymium magnets to deliver maximum current stability, reduced distortion, and excellent thermal efficiency. Each woofer undergoes a rigorous endurance signal tests to guarantee reliability under the most demanding conditions.
High Frequencies
The compression driver voice coil features high-performance materials—including neodymium magnets, titanium and PKX domes—for outstanding power handling, superior durability, and exceptionally natural sound reproduction across the spectrum.

TRW Waveguide

The new True Resistive Waveguide (TRW) is the result of extensive refinements in the design of the transducers, enclosure, and vented ports—developed together as part of a fully integrated system. Combined with FiRPHASE processing, the TRW enables the speaker to act as a single coherent source, delivering a precise and stable sound image. Acoustically, the waveguide behaves as a pure resistive load—free from resonances—significantly reducing high-frequency distortion typically associated with conventional horns.
Intelligent Power Allocation
The KPS Series delivers class-leading power density, packing four independent 160 W RMS channels into a compact 1 U, half-rack-width chassis. Its intelligent power-sharing architecture can re-allocate up to 300 W to any individual channel, giving installers the freedom to distribute power asymmetrically across outputs without engaging bridge mode or sacrificing channel count—perfect for optimising headroom when driving RCF loudspeakers.

Quality Sound
Our Class-D output stage uses a full-bandwidth pulse-width modulation (PWM) modulator to reproduce the entire 20 Hz–20 kHz range with minimal phase shift. High-speed switching and real-time global feedback keep total harmonic distortion below 0.05 %. The result is clean, wide-band audio and reduced heat in a compact, lightweight form factor.

Versatility for Any Application

The single-piece cabinet is equipped with multiple inserts and a corrosion-treated steel U-bracket. Connections to the amplifier are made through a watertight multi-pole connector. The front aluminum grille is powder coated with water-repellent backing material. All X series speakers meet IP55 standard requirements, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
X 28L is equipped with array mechanics that allow angle adjustment between modules from 0° to 20°. Up to 16modules can be connected to the same fly bar.

XPS Series DSP Amplifiers

For best results, X Series speakers are recommended to be powered by RCF’s XPS Series amplifiers. The XPS platform combines high-efficiency Class D amplification, advanced DSP processing, and full RDNet integration for remote control, tuning, and monitoring—ensuring optimal performance, accurate system alignment, and long-term reliability in any installation.
