TT+ Audio Pleases Crowds of Mirano Summer Festival

The Mirano Summer Festival returns every summer between late June and July at the Mirano sports complex (Venice). The open-air venue transforms into a vibrant hub of live entertainment, music, community spirit, and solidarity. Thanks to this unique mix of artistic quality and social engagement, the festival has grown into one of the most anticipated and well-attended summer events in the Veneto region.
Now in its 19th edition, the 2025 festival drew more than 70,000 attendees with a diverse and star-studded lineup that included some of Italy’s most acclaimed artists: Fiorella Mannoia, Noemi, Nek, Alex Britti, Franco126, Gaia, the Nomadi, and Umberto Tozzi.
Marco Mazzon Sound&Lights provided the full technical production for the event, including a brand-new TT+ Audio GTX 10 line array system, with coordination by Alberto Morsanuto.
“We’ve been using RCF systems for many years now,” says Morsanuto, “and this year we made the leap with a brand-new GTX rig. When RCF introduced the TT+ Audio brand, we already knew it would be a step forward in terms of audio quality. We expected to raise the bar—but honestly, we didn’t expect so many top-tier engineers to be this satisfied with the system right away. Given how new the brand is, we thought there might be some skepticism, but the performance exceeded all expectations. GTX delivers massive power with sonic finesse that rivals the most established systems in the industry.”
Lucio Boiardi Serri, Application Engineer for TT+ Audio, explains the system setup:
“The venue has a unique geometry—60 meters deep. To optimize coverage of the 60-meter-deep venue, the clusters were raised by 2° in overshooting mode, with the top two modules using a custom 0.7° splay for a smoother decay. We sacrificed a little SPL in favor of a smoother tonal response—but with the raw power of GTX, that wasn’t a concern.”
Subwoofers were deployed in five cardioid clusters of three units each, with arc delay configuration. “We customized the gradient of cancellation,” adds Boiardi Serri, “to maximize stage clarity, especially given the high number of performing artists.”
Marco Mazzon, founder of Marco Mazzon Sound&Lights, adds: “We’ve worked on hundreds of major events, but the reaction to GTX has been exceptional. It’s not just about power—it’s the definition, the precision, and how well the system adapts to different acts. The fact that artists and engineers noticed and complimented the sound quality says it all.”
