TT+ Audio GTX Brings 1,000 Musicians Together at The Grand Jam in Dresden

Dresden, Germany - More than 1,000 musicians performed before 15,000 fans at Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, in what organizers billed as the largest TT+ Audio’s GTX System deployment in Germany to date. The Grand Jam 2025 united all musicians across two stages, positioned on the west and main grandstands, to form a single, immense orchestra that captivated and moved the audience.
The technical production was managed by colito productions, supported by Eventservice Germany GmbH, Böhm & Sieg Veranstaltungs GmbH, and their equipment resources. Together with long-standing TT+ Audio engineers—many of whom share a close professional network—the event showcased the scalability and reliability of the GTX System, which made the show possible.
Thanks to the advanced system design, every guitar riff, orchestral phrase, and chorus was reproduced with precision and delivered evenly throughout the entire stadium. The audio team deployed a total of:
56 GTX 12 line array modules (40 flown, 16 ground-stacked);
100 GTX 10 line array modules (72 flown, 28 ground-stacked and as nearfills);
32 GTS 29 high-performance subwoofers;
24 touring racks, each with three XPS 16KD amplifiers.
Michael Meister from colito productions noted: “The request for The Grand Jam came at very short notice—in the middle of peak season, between many ongoing productions. It was a real challenge, both in terms of staff and equipment. But together with Eventservice Germany and Böhm & Sieg we managed to get everything ready in time. I am truly grateful that everyone involved worked at such a high professional level. The collaboration was not only efficient but also consistently pleasant.”
