From Happy Hour to Parties, RCF Business Music Elevates the Chalet 3.0 Experience

Whether it’s lunch, happy hour, dinner, drinks, or special events such as weddings, parties, and birthdays, Chalet 3.0 underscores every moment with a carefully curated soundtrack. Sound quality is ensured by a high‑performance RCF Business Music system that pairs premium loudspeakers with DMA amplifiers.

Daniele Romani, audio project manager for the RCF Engineering Support Group, explains: “Our goal was to provide exceptional sound in every area, tailored to each space. Thanks to meticulous planning and certified acoustic oversight, both venues can accommodate even the most volume‑loving DJs while still respecting local noise‑control zoning.”

At the Piazzetta location, Modena’s Groove DJ Point installed four separate zones powered by two DMA 162P amplifiers and WMR 60T speakers. Chalet 3.0 al Parco, installed by Domenico Falanga’s Electrical Solution, uses three DMA 162P amps driving four zones, again with WMR 60T speakers. In both venues, the audio can be managed via tablet or smartphone, letting staff recall presets and fine‑tune volume levels through an intuitive app.

Romani adds, “The downtown spot already had a solid RCF system with older MR‑series speakers better suited to background music. When the Parco installation with the new WMR units was finished, management was so impressed they immediately upgraded the Piazzetta location too.”

Groove DJ Point owner and veteran DJ Davide Sgarbi is thrilled: “The WMR 60s have an amazing frequency response. They stay clear and deep at higher volumes and reproduce low frequencies faithfully without needing a subwoofer.”
