Club Sala Queen Upgrades to GTX from TT+ Audio

Since its inception in the 1960s, Club Sala Queen in Mos (Potevedra)—located just a few kilometers from Vigo—has been an iconic reference for nightlife in Galicia. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, the venue hosts a wide range of events, from underground techno sessions to concerts featuring reggaeton, hip-hop, EDM, and other urban music trends, ensuring that there is always something fresh for its diverse audience.

A standout feature of Sala Queen is its impressive audiovisual setup—one of the largest in northern Spain. The club’s latest technological upgrade includes the state-of-the-art GTX 10 line array system from TT+ Audio, which comprises S 29 subwoofers and XPS 16K four-channel DSP power amplifiers. This cutting-edge installation was launched during the American Pie event, which attracted nearly 3,000 guests, and was further demonstrated at a subsequent Luis Cortés concert. The system has been engineered to deliver powerful, precise sound that meets the high demands of both the venue and its audience.

The GTX 10 system is configured with two line array clusters, each comprising six modules, complemented by three front-fill speakers to ensure uniform, high-quality sound coverage across the dance floor, VIP areas, and bar. In addition, a gradient arrangement of six RCF S 29 subwoofers (set in a 2+2+2 configuration) delivers deep, impactful bass essential for dance and trap music programs. The integration of RDNet and the user-friendly nature of the XPS amplifiers made the installation process smooth and efficient.

Over the years, Club Sala Queen has hosted world-renowned artists such as Jeff Mills, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, DJ Tiësto, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Paulina Rubio, and Ellen Alien, and has been the venue for major events like BLACK WORKS and ORIGIN. In collaboration with Zone Studio Pro Rent and under the guidance of Massimo Rossano, the club’s sound infrastructure—proudly designed and made in Italy—now meets global reference standards.

According to club owner José Diz, “The system is so powerful and defined that we are already considering upgrading our monitor system to TT+ Audio as well.” Massimo Rossano adds, “Choosing the GTX 10 from TT+ Audio was an excellent decision in both qualitative and quantitative terms.”
